I sent you an email with your login name and your password. There are several things you can do before you receive your FAST40 weight loss products. The first step is log into the course and watch videos called the Fundamentals and Getting Started. It will guide you through the following: 

• Figuring out How Much Weight To Lose
• How To Join The Private Facebook Group
• How To Use Your Scale, Take Photos and do Initial Measurements
